Custom percent value decimal places for user defined percent fields

At the moment the option “Percent Value Decimal Places” inside “Hover Text Settings” works only when the percentage value is set by Domo (for instance a 100% stack bar). Will it be possible to make it work for user defined percentage fields. For instance if I set Value Scale (Line) to-> Label format to (%) then it should work same as the 100% stack bar chart.
