Option to send a notification when a new card is built

Simular to when you share a new page with a person or group and it sends them an alert, it would be nice to have the option to send a notification of a new cards that are created to the people or groups that have access to it.

I love this, but want to reinforce it must be an OPTION. Sometimes I duplicate a card from page A to page B, thinking page B needs that card, and then find out it doesn't meet the criteria for the new card. So I either delete it or bump it over to page C and go from there. We need a step to make sure the card builder is ready for the alert to fire to the person/group before the heads up is triggered.
