Table Card - Select Date Field Format

I know this is possible via Beast Mode and the date functions available, but it would be nice to be able to configure a date string format when configuring a column in a table card.

Additionally, I could imagine it being beneficial to be able to save some standard format strings in an admin interface so that they are available from a dropdown at this level. This way, companies can specify a couple localized formats that make sense to their end users and reuse them in cards to improve consistency.

I imagine separators and ordering varies by locale. Not sure if the (Javascript?) formatting library would support symbolic separators for date/time fields.
