Table Card - Select Date Field Format
I know this is possible via Beast Mode and the date functions available, but it would be nice to be able to configure a date string format when configuring a column in a table card.
Additionally, I could imagine it being beneficial to be able to save some standard format strings in an admin interface so that they are available from a dropdown at this level. This way, companies can specify a couple localized formats that make sense to their end users and reuse them in cards to improve consistency.

Domo team, sorry, I just posted a similar idea, as I hadn't seen this yet.
So yes to this, please, and see the idea below for screen shots and other commentary to support @cr1ckt's suggestion!

Thank you for submitting this @cr1ckt. I am assigning to our product manager @ckwright for review.
@ckwright - this is a duplicate of another idea submitted (https://dojo.domo.com/t5/Ideas-Exchange-suggest-and-vote/Date-format-control-for-Date-Values/idi-p/11391) . I am leaving both open for context.

1PM (for queries by hour bucket)I imagine separators and ordering varies by locale. Not sure if the (Javascript?) formatting library would support symbolic separators for date/time fields.
