Personalized Data Permissions - Need to filter data out instead of in

PDP works great in many cases, however more often than not it would be infinetely quicker to filter data out instead of in.

We have a DataSet with about 200 Account Numbers, only a hand full should not be seen by most users. It would jsut take too long to set up just one Policy and check to see if it is correct. Thinking of setting up more than one is just....

@rado98 thanks for the submission. We are looking at ways to improve the PDP experience. This is a great suggestions and we will look into how we can execute on this enhancement.
