Advanced Scheduling - Multiple hours of a day

Just like there are options for schedulting jobs days of month / days of week, why not add an option to run job at multiple hours of a day? For example, I want to run a dataset at 7:00AM and 11:30AM.

@greg_bradsdeals thanks for the feedback. We will evaluate how we can add this functionality into the scheduling tool, it makes a lot of sense to allow for specific times to run the DataSet job.
