Easier to see filtered items on mobile app

It is difficult to see when an item is highlighted when using the filter in the mobile app (especially on an iPad).  The user is selecting the name and is expecting something to happen, but they don't realize the check mark is to the far right (I've seen users hit the item several times before realizing it was already selected).  One suggestion would be to have the selection be lightly highlighted in addition to the checkmark so the user can quickly identify which items have been chosen.
