Page Analyzer - Sticky Filters & Applying to Specific Data Sets

There is currently an option to apply the  filter to all data sets by ticking the box "apply to all data sets" ...I would like to select which data sets to apply the same filter.  As a workaround I tried to do this individually purposely omitting adding the filter to the data set that I didnt want to filter and that did not work as then made the user go to each dataset to select again the same filter.  We have cards that we want to show a global view, then on the same page cards that we want to filter down to a specific region.
