Unique Links for DOMO avatars

While creating a Leaderboard for our Sales Reps, I want to be able to write a formula that will grab a person's Domo picture and use that. This becomes difficult because of the way that the image addresses look, for example this is mine: https://rapid7.domo.com/avatar/userImage/100?key=avatars/rapid7/F3/EA7F76593382D3B02BC13562EFD375.jpg

 

Is there an easier way to do this? I would love to be able to write a formula where I could use the Employee Name, or another field that I have available in the data set. From what I can tell, the address link is randomized, is that true? 

 

How are other companies who use Domo enabling this feature?
