Little "m" vs Big "M"

Perhaps I am doing something in correctly but on the card I just made I am telling both the Y axis and the Summary number to abbrev "1.23k" but in the summary number it abbreviates the number (which is in millions) to 1.23m vs the axis which is 1.23M.  A bit of an eye sore especially when rolling up to a hyper-attentive-to-detail exec.
