How to update to v4.60 or find more release info?

Is there Workbench Release Log?  Just one simple single webpage, dedicated to Workbench that shows all recent releases, and the corresponding changes?

 

The URL below shows some Workbench release info, but it's mixed in with a bunch of other domo updates, It also appears outdated, with the most recent release Feb 2017, and shows only Workbench 4.5.1 details when version 4.2 exists:  https://knowledge.domo.com?cid=wb4releasenotes

 

On our dev server we have Workbench installed, that somehow updated to v4.60 - but I cannot find any information on this release, and can't update our prod server this version.  Is this a beta?
