Regarding Legend Position with the use of D3.js

Hello,

 

As i am trying to get legend position on top of the chart.I am not able to do so using D3.js.It has been mentioned on d3.js chart system that giving position:'top' will load legend at top of chart.but which is not happening.

 

Can anyone please help me on this?
