Aggregate Filter in Card Builder

It would be nice to be able to filter data within a card off of the aggregate result.

 

In terms of SQL:

 

What i believe the current card builder is doing is that it is using a WHERE clause to filter the underlying data.

 

What i am suggesting is that another filter area be added or an option to flag the filter as an aggregate filter for filtering that uses a HAVING clause.

 

This would be very helpful feature.
