Hi, I'm importing a report from salesforce and the Date/Time Opened field is several hours off. I thought it was the time zone but the Company Settings has it correct. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
Can you share a screen shot of what you are seeing? I will have someone look at this shortly.
Sorry for the delay. I didn't see the reply until now. On the two attachments, if you match up the case numbers, you'll see that the time is off.
HelloDomo parses all data into Domo in UTC time. Once that data is imported then Domo looks at the company settings for the desired Timezone and converts the time. It is advised all data imported into Domo is in UTC time.Thank You
