Customize "Previous" Date Range Options

I would like it if we could have a customizable "Previous" date range option, similar to the way "Last" is customizable.  For example, if I have a card that has the last 3 complete months, I would like to be able to choose "Previous 3 months" as an option.  Instead, I have to choose "Last 4 Months" and then filter out the current month since I don't want partial months.  The label "Last 4 months" confuses the user.  We generally do not compare partial periods to complete periods, which is why we usually filter out the current period when using the "Last" date range function.
