Allow default drill-down setting for all cards created

We would like to have Domo cards default to prevent drilling to final data grid view instead of remembering to set for every new card created. People accidentally clicking on a pie slice are transported to over 100 columns of basic, unformatted data. They are confused and sometimes there are other considerations.
