Subpage sorting / management

I would like the ability to manage the sort order of subpages displayed.  Ideally having options in doing so in the 'Admin Settings > Pages> Page' area. 

 

A toggle option where the owner of a page allows individuals to maintain their own view settings (Per User), or enforces an order set by the page owner.

 

Currently the order in which the subpages are displayed to a user depends on the order in which they are shared with them, or the order in which they are created.  This, in many cases isn't visually pleasing, nor is it a logical sort.  It also makes it slightly more difficult to navigate on someone elses computer when you are used to the subpages being in a particular order.
