Table Alerts for a Field Changing

Hello,

I've recently been working on creating an emergency alert system for our company using NOAA weather alerts. I had initially tried to make a simple table and create an alert for any change in the summary from "no events" but tables only allow alerts on the summary number. This isn't the first time I've had to find a workaround due to this and I believe having the ability to create alerts on tables based on changes in a row or column would be incredibly valuable to many users!
