Access Rights for Annotation

Hi people,

 

Is there any information regarding the access rights of the new Annotation feature?

 

1. What access rights do I need to create Annotation?

2. Can the access rights of annotation be changed? (e.g. I might want everyone in the company to be able to annotate)

    Creating annotations is tied to Edit Cards permission. This is part of the Admin, Privileged and Editor roles.

    I have a user who is setup with the participant role and they can still use annotations on cards.

    How do I prevent this?
