Reports Not Sending

I've set up scheduled reports and I've even just tried to manually send reports but nothign is getting sent out from Domo. I went through and created a second user account on a basic gmail.com domain just to verify it wasn't the ESP, but the reports still aren't coming through.

    There are a couple things you can do to test, one of which you've already done (creating a dummy, non-corporate user).Β  Looks like that didn't work.Β  It's possible that both gmail and your corporation have filtered out what might look like spam.Β  Maybe try a third domain.

    Try also researching in the activity logs.Β  Re there any event logs for that kind of activity? (see attached)

    You can also connect with Domo support to see if they have the same log information.
