Formatting Tables

I was working on formatting a table and noticed that the header row could be aligned left, right, or center but there is no way to do that for the other rows in the column. For some reason two of my rows are aligned right while the rest are aligned left, this make for a wacky looking table. I also have some very weird sizes for my columns. I tried using the column width percent but it never seems to change anything, one of my columns is massive compared to the others. It would be much simpler if we could just click and drag the size we wanted.
