Make Backend cleanup easier

Let's say you place a dataset inside a dataflow. That dataflow powers about 40-50 cards. When we are cleaning cards in the backend, it will say that specific dataset is powering 0 cards. It will say the new dataset is powering those cards. It will not mention the dataflow or underlying datasets in the dataflow. This does not have much logic to it and we could have asily deleted the datset. We can't really clean up cards now becuase even if they power 0 cards, they could be inside numerous dataflows and other datasets.
