I've tried using the Microsoft Exchange connector but I was only able to connect to my personal mailbox, not the shared mailbox that I also have access to.
I took a look at Exchange's API documentation and it looks like it may be possible to pull data from a shared mailbox. If you are seeing an error when trying to pull data, I woluld recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager with this issue. THey will be able to assist in getting assistance to determine if this is possible.
