Twitter Ads: What does the "Billed Charge Local Micro" metric mean?

I am using the Twitter Ads connector to pull in a Promoted Tweet Statistics report, there is a metric named "Billed_Charge_Local_Micro", does anyone know what this means? Does it have something to do with spend?

It looks like that is your spend in micros.
