remove "compare to" from date drop down box if it hasn't been setup for the card

In the case where a card has not be setup with "compare to" functionality for the date range... it would be much better to remove the "compare to" box from the date drop-down for the user... instead of just graying it out.  I get asked quite often "why can't I use the compare to box for this card"... and it is cumbersome to have to explain why every time.
