customizable subject for alerts

We just started playing around with alerts.  There appears to be no way to customize the subject line of the alert.  The alerts are almost unusable without being able to customize the subject line so that users can identify the alerts quickly in outlook without having to open it up and read down through the alert.

 

Please add customizable subjct lines to alerts.
