Customize insights: like hide insights by default for all users, select/modify insights

what about if we allow the ADMIN to hide insights by default for all users (since not all users will use or found the insigh useful) and customize insights  allowing the ADMIN or card owner to click the ones you want to show and disregard the ones you don't  or modifing the insights you already have next to each card (this will help to retain only the useful ones or modfiy to be more consistent with data provided).
