When a collection is "collapsed", provide a more clear visual clue

We field calls from users all the time saying that all their cards dissapeared... when all that happened was that they inadvertently collapsed a collection on the page and didn't know it.

It would be very beneficial if there was some sort of visual clue when a collection was collapsed... something saying "Click here to open collection"... or something like that.

    Even a little drop-down arrow would work so it doesn't mess with the visual as much as words might.Β Β 

    Something like the arrows we all see in our file directories would probably elicit the right unconscious response.Β Β
