Lock down ability to un-hide hidden columns in Sumo Cards

I have a situation where I would like to use a Sumo Table to present data to an end user. There are some fields in the data set that need to be secured though so they aren't visible to the end user. I know I can choose to hide them, but there is no setting that I know of to stop the end user from simply un-hiding it later. I would love to see some increased security features here to allow for more protection.
