Redshift List Of Working Functions

There should be a list of redshift functions/MySQL functions that work in Domo.  Most functions do work but every once and a while there is a function that doesn't work for example when we tried to append different sized tables the redshift documentation says that we could do the following:

ALTER TABLE target_table_name APPEND FROM source_table_name [ IGNOREEXTRA | FILLTARGET ]

 

but it doesn't actually work so it would be nice to search for things that we know would work inside of Domo.
