Add ability to add comments and tags to data flow steps

When building complicated data flow processes that others will need to review and maintain, it would be helpful to be able to group various steps with tags and add comments either tied to the background field or at the step level to decribe the aim of the series of steps.

    With the latest release there is now a Notes tab on each tile in Magic ETL 2.0 which allows you do add free form text for each step.
