Interaction Filters - Favorites Page (Filter options no longer visible)

Does anyone know how a user can enable interaction filters on their favorites page? The "Filter Options" wrench option seems to have been removed.

I know it was there after the July feature release when I made this video:

    @swagner I'm not seeing the option in my instance either on the Favorites page. I never used it previously on that page, but I see how you had it on your video. I would suggest asking your CSM to see if a feature was taken away at some point. Or opening up a support ticket and including your video so they see that it used to be there.
