Lock filters on Sumo Cards

Currently filters can be manipulated/changed by Participants on Sumo Cards.  This prevents me from sharing them with individual participants.  For example, if I create a Sumo Card for a specific Department Head, I would like to prevent them from changing the filters to review every other Department.  I believe an enhancement request #28637 was created approx. 9 months ago.  Thanks,
