Beast Mode Calculations break when changing datasets- lose aggreggation

There are multiple issues currently when changing datasets that if the column structure changes it breaks all drill downs. Also I would like to recommend more bug fixes for Beast mode Calculations when changing datasets. I have seen the formulas break resulting in incorrect data, columns that contain a beast mode value can lose their aggregation summary assignment.

  • Thank you for submitting this idea. I am assigning to our product manager @ckwright for review.

  • Thanks for this feedback on beast modes and changing data sets on drill downs. I will look into this feedback to help make a better experience.

  • I belive my request is the same... (before I submit a redundant suggestion)

at the year turn I need to change cards to a new dataset.

the new dataset has the same field/column names.

I've (manually) re-built all of the beast calculations.

when I switch the card to the new dataset the beasts are removed from the card, removed from filters and sorting - and need to be manually re-applied.

If the beast could carry over, and "stick" in the cards.
