Sumo Card - Abort long running render

I frequently encounter this problem when trying to configure a pivot table in a sumo card.

If I accidentally specify a grouping that is too aggressive without prefiltering to a small dataset, then the rendering engine spins for a very long time and I have to kill the page. If I didn't save my card yet, this means that I have to start all over. It would be nice if there was a way for the rendering engine to yield occasionally and let me abort so that I can change my configuration to something less resource-intensive.
