Image of the day Card Type

If we host an image on the web or our internal server, we want to be able to link to it in a card so that we can see the 'Image of the day' as a card. This card would always show the image that it is linked to, either by updating via the workbench app via scheduled interval, or just by directly linking to the image source, which would update immediately.
