Forum: Topic/Post to Ideas Exchange item (push the button)

Hi Folks,

Am sure we all have had discussions on the Dojo Forums where someone suggests to turn the topic or discussion into an Idea on Exchange. With that we proceed to duplicate our work from the forum to the Idea section. Wouldnt it be nice if the owner of the topic/post could 'Submit to Ideas' with the push of a button.

@Kurbz, another great idea.  @DaniBoy see suggestion above for a way to transform forum post to an "Idea".
