Card Title vs Card Description Hover - Both Should Show Up!

When you hover over a card, both the Card Title and Card Description should show up in the hover window. 

 

Additional Detail: 

When you hover over a card before clicking on it, the full title shows up, which is very helpful -- except if you enter anything into the card description, then only the text in the card description will show up when you hover over the card (i.e., no longer able to see the full card title). This has resulted in very lengthly card titles since the Card Description is virutally useless.
