Collection Templates

The ability to setup Collection Templates and apply them to any page. It would be even cooler if you could then select which cards go into the collections without having to drag and drop them into individually.

@DHargens We have a feature currently in development for this.  It would allow templates for the page and collections.  There are a few items left to square away before this gets finalized.
