Add to Publication in Wrench menu

Currently it is sometimes difficult to add to a publication group by just searching. We have many cards that are named simularly and you can only see the card in a small view which doesn't show the whole title. It would be much easier to find the card you want to add by navigating to the page the card is located. Then opening the card and having a "add to publication" menu item in the wrench menu. Then select which publicatoin you want to add to.
