Default time for dataset scheduling
Currently the default for scheduling a dataset is in UTC. However the default autofills with my current time but applies the UTC timezone. For example, when scheduling a dataflow or dataset at 8:30 EST, the auofilled time to schedule the refresh is 8:30 UTC. I can do the math to convert this but if the autofill was my current time in UTC, I would only have to convert to the time I want it to run. Using the above example, if I want to run this data at 5:30am EST today I need to take the 8:30 UTC, convert this to 3:30 EST and then add 2 hours to refresh it at 5:30. If the autofill time was the current time in UTC, I would just adjust the number of hours based on my current time to when I want it to run.
