Enhance the Process Flow of Feature Request

A sub-category "Enhancement Request" is a selection when create case from the customer portal. However, the customer support team is not the right team to process this type of case. Some cases were closed and marked as solved without any follow-up.


Suggest to direct Enhancement Request type case directly to the right team for process and follow-up.
