Users not receiving Notification Alerts

Hello,

Some of our users are not receiving notification alerts. An alert is received by one user and not another. Sometimes we are unable to add a user to the notification as well. We have checked the spam filters as well.  Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

    Support team has informed me that this has been resolved:

    "Thanks for your reply. However we are able to figured out the problem, why notifications are not triggered and now the notifications are working fine."
