DOMO Online Form - Unable to Save

I am trying to upload an excel spreadsheet as an Online Form so members of the team can go in and manually update sales targets,etc.  I have copied and pasted the data in, named the columns, gave the dataset a name, filled in all the null values but the save button grays out.  Hovering over it will pop up a box saying "Your dataset needs a Name and data before it can be saved".  I have that though so I am lost as to why I cannot save.  It will likely be something obvious but I am not seeing it.
