Domo Certification Issue with payment and access

Hi @DaniBoy 


I tried purchasing the Domo Professional Exam - Level 1 but the payment didnt go through due to netwrok issues. Now I am unable to purchase it again as there is no option to purchase it. Is there any solution to this?

    I am not sure on this, but did you try next time with some other email ID? This is because, I logged in to DOMO using mail id. I believe you should try again with some new email id if you cant retry with previous mail id.

  • I tried with my personal ID. But it didnt work. Domo is accepting only organizational IDs.

    Try clearing cache and do it again?

    Tried cache clearin, used a different browser but still the same result. 


    @DaniBoy : Any solutions/suggestions for this issue ?
