Is there a way to view all of my filters being applied to a table column?

I don't think you can force the UI to change behavior.
But if you're applying 20+ filters, that's probably very tedious for you and ultimately will be tedious for your end users.
Instead, consider building a beast mode with a CASE statement to capture your filter criteria.
CASE
WHEN filterColumn = 'a1' OR filterColumn = 'a2' OR filterColumn = 'a3' ... THEN 'keep'
ELSE 'toss'
END
Then apply a filter on keep / toss.
The nice thing about CASE statements is you can use the LIKE parameter to capture 'all rows that start with ... or all rows that end with.
CASE
WHEN filterColumn LIKE 'a%' then 'StartsWithA'
WHEN filterColumn LIKE '%b' then 'EndsWithB'
ELSE filterColumn
END
Hope that helps!
