Adding a right scale to line graph and series not matching correctly

So I have a line graph with 4 series. One of the series has valuse between 14,000-25,000 and the other three all are 0-10,000. When I go to add the right scale values, the series are not matching to the correct value scale so it is hiding the data. I have attached two photos, 1 photo being the default value scale and the other with my new scales.

    Have you looked at a Bar + Line graph? That'll allow you to have two separate scales on the same graph although one set would be bars while the other set are lines.
