How To Wire A Domo Card To Take You To Another Domo Page?

This Domopalooza 2019 video (≈ 4 min). Speaker states the he's wired a Domo card to take him to another page in Domo. I can see there is a hyperlink on the card when the mouse hovers over it. How can this be done? Is it simply a custom chart where the svg contains something like <a href = "..."> or is it some other type of set up?
