First Weekday of Month option - Domo Campaigns App

Please add a First Weekday of Month option, as the the Domo Campaign Application already has a Last Weekday of Month option in the schedule.

A more robust solution would be to add "Day", "Weekday", and "Weekend Day" to the list of weekday names under the Monthly by Week option.
