Magic ETL String Operations - Substring - Allow empty length

Other languages like SQL allows the length parameter to be optional to pull the rest of the string without having to calculate the length of the string. It'd be great if Magic ETL String Operation tiles would allow the length parameter to be null to follow the same logic as SQL so that I don't have to calculate the length of the string, subtract the start position to get the final length and add that to a column to use in the substring function.
