Are "Joins" case sensitive
As we all know, Salesforce record IDs are case-sensitive. Has anyone done a join on Record ID? Are joins case sensitive?

Yes, I have found that joins (at least in Magic ETL) are case sensitive. You can use the Formula tile (if you have Magic ETL 2.0) or the Text Formatting tile (if you have Magice ETL 1.0) and use the UPPER function to convert everything to uppercase prior to joining.

Typically joins are going to be case sensitive.

Thank you so much!!!! If we force everything to upper case we would run the risk of joining the wrong records but it sounds like it will work for record ID.
